Requirements to Become Our Official Coffee Distributor

Citizen of the respective country.
Experience in importing commodities.
Extensive connections with key players in the country.
Ability to communicate effectively with cosumers.
Deposit USD100K as each country distributor.

Payment Terms

Both Parties agree about this payment term before buying the goods at FnB Coffee.

Billing Schedule

FNB Coffee will take a Down Payment of 30% from the grand total at the time of signing the contract.
The remaining 70% will be charged after the cargo is ready.
FNB Coffee will provide all necessary purchase order number of the ship company and other necessary documents at the end of the month.

Sight LC

Clear mention of the due date by the exporter for such receipt.
The exporter and issuing bank should confirm the LC.
Clear specification of the risk associated with the LC.
It should be precise and clear.
All relevant information should be drafted properly.
