FAQ

Wholesale Questions, Answered

Is it possible to purchase less than 9 MT?

Yes. Orders below 9 metric tons are charged at retail price — wholesale pricing applies from a minimum purchase of 9 MT.

What are the payment terms?

We work with 30% down payment on contract signing and 70% before shipment, 50/50 terms (50% after signing the contract, 50% once the goods are ready before departure), or Sight L/C.

Can you send product samples, and are they free?

Yes. We provide two samples of 350 gr each. Samples are free, but for a first purchase the freight cost is charged to the buyer and deducted when the contract is signed.

Why do the prices change every week?

Green coffee is a traded commodity. Arabica follows the New York (NY) terminal closing prices and robusta follows the London (LDN) terminal closing prices, so our indications move with the market.

Are the prices on the website FOB, and do they include shipping?

Prices are FOB Belawan or any Indonesian port and do not include shipping. We can arrange freight and customs clearance for you on request.

Do you keep stock ready, and how fast can you ship?

We hold stock in our Medan warehouse. Shipment is normally executed at least two weeks after the contract is signed.

Which export documents do you prepare?

Our in-house EXIM department prepares the phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, customs clearance and quality inspection reports, adjusted to the requirements of your country.

Can you supply on an OEM or private-label basis?

Yes. OEM orders are arranged to the buyer’s request. You choose the packaging; printing cost follows the quotation from our packaging vendors.
