We Provide Premium Quality Coffee Beans

At FNB COFFEE, we provide premium quality coffee beans sourced from the volcanic regions of Sumatra, Indonesia. Our beans are 100% authentic, with plantations located in Simpang Balek, Takengon in Aceh, as well as Pakpak Bharat in North Sumatra. Each area contributes unique, bold flavors to our coffee, renowned for its rich, volcanic taste.

Complete vertical integration and full ownership of our Indonesian coffees provide our clients with traceability and unmatched quality control.

From our coffee tree nurseries to our farmland to our mills, regenerative agriculture, innovation and value creation for all stakeholders is integrated into everything we do. We pride ourselves on our team, a group of experts with decades of experience across the coffee value chain.

Our love for coffee transcends connecting clients to their favourite origins. It includes our responsibility to every aspect of the coffee value chain – from the coffee itself to the environment and the people working hard to care for, cultivate, and curate it.

With our four focus areas in mind, we keep the company aligned and fortify the coffee value chain.

Realizing that many available coffees didn’t capture the true essence of Indonesia, we decided to embark on a mission to offer the genuine flavor of our homeland. FnB Coffee was established to provide wholesale distribution of Indonesia’s finest coffee, ensuring that its exceptional quality reaches a broader audience. We are part of FnB Coffee company.

Our mission is to elevate your coffee experience by delivering the finest Indonesia green coffee beans. We believe in the power of coffee to bring people together and enhance everyday moments. By refining our sourcing and processing methods, we ensure that every cup reflects the true character and quality of Indonesia’s coffee.

Our Planet : Restoring and Preserving Ecosystems

Across our farm portfolio, our agronomy team has introduced regenerative farming techniques at every stage of development to recover and re-establish our soil and native tree health in order to make our operations more productive, cost-effective and resilient to climate change.

Our People: Worker well-being, equity, and formal employment

Change the work culture in rural communities: that is what FnB Coffee’s Human Resources and social management team is tasked with every day. Informal employment is a pervasive problem in Indonesia, making up around 85% of the total workforce in rural areas.

On top of this, women make up a vanishingly small proportion of workers in the coffee sector, often not provided the same opportunities as men in these communities.

As an equal opportunity employer, almost 40% of our staff is women. We have also sponsored dozens of our workers family to return to school to finish their high school degree. We see our initiatives as part of a paradigm shift for coffee-producing regions in Indonesia, and absolutely necessary for the benefit of all stakeholders in the coffee supply chain.
