Eligibility & Account
To use certain features of fnb.coffee — such as placing an order, requesting a sample, or subscribing to a wholesale program — you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
Your account

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, in particular where we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
Use of the Site
You may use fnb.coffee solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the site or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the site or related systems
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the site without our written permission
- Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access the site without prior consent
Products & Pricing
All products displayed on fnb.coffee — including green beans, roasted coffee, brewing equipment, and any related services — are subject to availability. We make every reasonable effort to display product attributes (origin, grade, process, packaging) accurately, but minor variations may occur because coffee is an agricultural product.
Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing applies only during the stated period and may be limited by stock availability.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. We are not obligated to accept your order, and an order is only confirmed once we have processed your payment and issued an order confirmation by email.

- Virtual account & QRIS
- E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay)
- Credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch. We use trusted third-party payment gateways and do not store your card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date payment is confirmed. Shipping times vary by destination and the courier selected at checkout. While we work with reputable logistics partners to minimise delays, FNB Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or events outside of our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the goods are handed over to the courier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; re-delivery fees arising from incorrect addresses are payable by you.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of every coffee we ship. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a verifiable quality defect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
- Roasted coffee that has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
- Custom roast profiles and bulk green bean orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
Intellectual Property
All content on fnb.coffee — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, cupping notes, and software — is the property of FNB Coffee or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent, except for limited personal, non-commercial reference.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following while using our site:
- Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
- Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity
- Uploading viruses, malware, or any code intended to cause harm
- Engaging in any form of scraping, harvesting, or unauthorised data extraction
- Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue or interfering with other users' enjoyment of the site
Disclaimer & Warranty
The site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FNB Coffee disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FNB Coffee and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site or any products purchased through it.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FNB Coffee and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
